OK. I got a virus per Symmantec.* I was telephoned by Nick at Life Support for PC.* They said they were notified of our IP address from Microsoft*because we were infected and they are calling to help remove virus.* Is this a valid service from Microsoft?* How did they get our home phone?* Now they have my cell phone number, too.* Please verify validation.
